Katherine Van Uytrecht b.1980

 

Born in South Africa, Katherine Van Uytrecht graduated from the Michaelis 

School of Fine Art at the University of Cape Town with a major in printmaking.

 

She has worked as a printmaker for Graphic Studio Dublin, Stoney Road Press

and privately for artists. She is currently a member of Black Church Print Studio in

Dublin and Grafik i Väst in Sweden. 

 

She lived and worked in Dublin for over 9 years, making and editioning prints and exhibiting in various shows in Ireland and internationally, before moving to London. Here she worked as Print Studio Coordinator at londonprintstudio, Etching Technician at the Royal College of Art and Specialist Printmaking Technician at London College of Communication.

 

She is currently living and working in London where she continues printmaking and teaching.
